Nachos with game meat, black bean, cheese and apple-tomato salsa.

4 portions

240 grams of Polarica’s cut game meat
1 bag of corn chips
400 grams of black beans
150 g grated cheese

Tomato and apple salsa 

2 tomatoes cut into cubes
1 sour apple cut into small cubes
1 onion cut into pieces
1 cup of  coriander
1/2 green chili chopped
0,5 tbs of olive oil
Salt and black pepper


  1. Mix all the ingredients of salsa in the bowl and add some salt and pepper for your taste
  2. Heat the owen to 200 degrees celcius
  3. Cook the game meat on the pan, add salt and pepper if you wish
  4. Spread the nachos on the plate, top with the meat, black beans and cheese. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Enjoy with salsa!
