Nachos with game meat, black bean, cheese and apple-tomato salsa.
240 grams of Polarica’s cut game meat
1 bag of corn chips
400 grams of black beans
150 g grated cheese
Tomato and apple salsa
2 tomatoes cut into cubes
1 sour apple cut into small cubes
1 onion cut into pieces
1 cup of coriander
1/2 green chili chopped
0,5 tbs of olive oil
Salt and black pepper
- Mix all the ingredients of salsa in the bowl and add some salt and pepper for your taste
- Heat the owen to 200 degrees celcius
- Cook the game meat on the pan, add salt and pepper if you wish
- Spread the nachos on the plate, top with the meat, black beans and cheese. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Enjoy with salsa!
