Ingredients

2 portiones

240 g of slightly smoked, thin sliced venison meat
25 g butter
1 romaine salad
1 tbs watercress

horseradish sauce

1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of creme fraiche or cooking cream
1 tbs of grated horseradish
1/2 tbs of lemon juice

marinated red onion 

2 red onions
1 deciliter of water
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbs of vinegar

Procedure

  1. Fry the meat in butter. Season with salt and pepper
  2. Wash the salad and cut into pieces
  3. Mix all the ingredients of the dressing and stir into the salad
  4. Top with the game meat, marinated red onion and watercress
