Pizza with chanterelles and cabbage

Delicious vegetarian pizza with garlic, fried chanterelles and crispy cabbage. Instead of tomato sauce we use cooking creme – pizza bianco
150 grams of Polarica’s chanterelles
1 garlic clove
1 pack of ready-made pizza dough/base
1 decilitre of creme fraiche
100 g of cabbage or kale
1 tbs of capers
150 g grated cheese, (ie. mozzarella or Västerbotten-cheese)
Olive oil, salt and pepper
- Heat the owen to 250 degrees celcius
- Peel and chop the garlic. Fry the garlic and chanterelles with oil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top the pizza base with creme fraiche, chopped kale/cabbage, capers and fried chanterelles. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until pizza has a lovely golden glow.
