Polarica's IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) range of 100% natural berry and fruit ingredients is carefully hand-picked at the peak of ripeness, ensuring they are bursting with flavor. These fruits are then immediately frozen after harvest, preserving their optimal freshness and maintaining their naturally delicious taste and satisfying texture.

From the very beginning, Polarica's core business has been the production and supply of IQF berries and fruits to the food and pharma industries around the globe. Our extensive assortment includes a diverse selection of berries from both Northern and Southern Europe. These berries are exclusively sourced and produced by Polarica, beginning from their origins in forests and fields, all the way to their delivery to the customer's storage facilities. We clean, sort, and pack the berries using the best available technology equipment, ensuring their quality withstands the strictest scrutiny and requirements.

Polarica sources tropical fruits directly from their growers and producers in Asia and South America. The fruits are picked, washed, cut, and frozen while fresh and juicy, as close to the farms as possible, to ensure optimal quality, flavor, color, and texture when they arrive at our factories in Europe.
Berry and fruit ingredients are also available for juice, concentrate, and puree manufacturers, as well as for freeze dryers.

We pack the berries in 25 kg paper bags, or as needed, in cardboard boxes or containers.
